Privacy

You can read and download everything without an account. We do not record who you are.

We count how many times each paper is viewed or downloaded, as totals only, and we keep the words people search for — without any link to a person — so we can see what students cannot find.

Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not store your IP address in our database.

Your name, email address and language preference. Your password is stored only as a secure one-way hash; nobody can read it.

The papers you save, the resources you recently opened, and your practice and mock exam answers and scores — so you can see your progress.

We keep what you write and, if you give it, your email address, only to deal with your message.

Papers you submit are stored privately until a reviewer accepts them for the library or rejects them; rejected files are deleted.

We use only cookies that are needed for the site to work: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, a small cookie that tells pages you are signed in, short-lived security cookies during sign-in, and a cookie that remembers the level you chose (Form 4 or Grade 8) for a year.

There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Only the services that run ImtixaanHub: hosting, the database, file storage and, when you ask for it, the email service that sends verification and password reset links. They handle data only to provide these services.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Account data stays until you delete your account. Messages and reports are kept while they are handled. Search words and view counts are anonymous and kept to improve the site.

You can change your name and password under Account. You can delete your account at any time under Account → Delete account: this permanently removes your account, saved papers, history and results.
